Please read these terms carefully before using GhostUX. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GhostUX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GhostUX is an AI-native design platform currently in private founding beta. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice during the beta period.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use GhostUX. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Waitlist positions are non-transferable. Founding member benefits are tied to the original email address used during signup.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, (c) interfere with other users' access, (d) reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, or (e) use automated tools to manipulate waitlist positions or referral counts.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using GhostUX remains yours. GhostUX retains ownership of the platform, its design, branding, and underlying technology. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without written permission.

7. Beta Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as-is" during the beta period. We make no warranties regarding uptime, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostUX and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, during the beta period. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
